I just can't say enough good things about this guy, Franklin White, owner of F.C Whites Excavation and drain cleaning..if you have ANY water problems of any kind THIS IS YOUR GO TO MAN.. he's honest, he gets the job done and its done right..had a break in my water line and he was here and completely done in less than 4 hours..job was done right and my yard was smoothed and seeded with straw on top..you will get an honest and fair assessment of your needs and a GREAT price..will never hesitate to use him again.. wonderful young man..

Excellent work installed the water heater like there was nothing to it fair pricing, and cleaned up after himself.

I had a clogged toilet at the most inconvenient time. Weekend and random snow day in the south. He came out within an hour. Fixed the problem. And didn’t price gouge me since most companies weren’t working today. Great service.

Absolutely spectacular, 10/10, loud applause. When our hotel had rooms out of service due to a problem clog in old, poorly maintained lines Franklin and Silas showed up almost immediately and ready to work. The plumbing issue had the complexity of hidden cast iron piping which required them to use a powered snake while perched on a ladder. The two worked perfectly together to solve the immediate issue while providing further diagnosis. Now this was on a Saturday night during the beginning of a storm, and I had called nearly every plumber in the search list with only one live answer. That was a Ruby-type answering service with only the ability to try to schedule for next week. Franklin personally called back and offered immediate service. The best part was the bill. When plumbers show up to a commercial address where no previous relationship exists, I have learned over the years to brace myself. Are you ever excited to pay a plumbing bill? I just was. Two great, skilled guys showed up after hours on a weekend to solve my guest's problem for a fair price. This was the ideal situation and I am thrilled without reservation to encourage you to call them right now.

On a Friday evening Frank repaired a gushing water leak in what seemed like only minutes. Excellent job and very reasonable. Definitely recommend this professional young man.
